Alpine IQ is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to serve as a trusted legal partner across the business. You will work with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to provide practical guidance and own the commercial contracting process end‑to‑end.
You’ll lead negotiations on MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, and vendor agreements, develop a contract playbook, and align product and platform documentation with legal requirements.
