Yamnuska Mountain Adventures is one of the largest mountain guiding and instruction companies in North America. For nearly 50 years, we have organized climbing, hiking and skiing courses, and expeditions in the mountains of Western Canada and other parts of the world. Our high quality programs provide challenging and rewarding experiences at all levels for local and international clients.

We are looking for an individual with knowledge of mountain activities who enjoys working in a fast paced office workplace to join our team as a Reservations and Office Assistant.

The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:
Robust customer service skills and background
Previous sales or reservations experience an asset
Excellent verbal and written skills (Bilingual English/French, preferred)
Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word,



Excel, Outlook and Google Chrome.
Knowledge of the tourism industry and outdoor recreation activities
Knowledge of local climbing, hiking, skiing, and backcountry trips and locations an asset
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Detail oriented

This full-time year round position is 40 hours per week with a flexible start date, aiming for October 26. Weekend shifts may be required. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
