Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of fresh salads and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve customers promptly, ensuring their orders are accurate and presented attractively
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness




Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with meal preparation and other food service duties
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines throughout your shift

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
Experience in meal preparation, cooking, or working in a kitchen environment is a plus
Solid serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Basic understanding of food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices
