We are looking for a reliable and organized Safety & Office Coordinator to support our daily office, safety, compliance, and field operations. The position will work closely with management, drivers, mechanics, and field staff to ensure operations are properly documented, compliant, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily safety and compliance requirements.
Maintain driver, vehicle, equipment, and safety records.
Monitor and follow up on inspections, certifications, training, and required documentation.
Coordinate paperwork between the office and field staff.
Ensure tow authorizations, run sheets, job documents, and other required paperwork are completed properly.
Coordinate with drivers, operators, and mechanics regarding daily jobs and operational requirements.
Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding work.
Assist with scheduling vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Report safety, compliance, and operational issues to management.




Assist with vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, document submissions, and other business errands.
Support incident reporting and follow-up when required.
Assist with other office and operational duties as required.

Qualifications
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Robust attention to detail and documentation.
Valid driver's licence preferred.
Experience in towing, trucking, transportation, repair, safety, or compliance is an asset.
Comfortable working with drivers, mechanics, and field staff.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
