Security Scheduler & Dispatcher

Jason’s Security is hiring a Security Scheduler & Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.

Job Type
Full-time / Part-time
Flexible shifts

Responsibilities
Create and manage daily and weekly security guard schedules
Coordinate guard coverage for multiple client sites
Handle call-ins, replacements, and last-minute shift changes
Dispatch guards and communicate shift instructions
Confirm guard attendance and shift coverage
Communicate with guards, supervisors, and clients
Monitor and respond to operational issues
Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records
Assist with daily security operations
Ensure all posts are properly staffed

Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle last-minute changes and emergencies professionally




Valuable computer and phone communication skills
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Previous scheduling or dispatch experience is an asset
Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
Security Guard Licence is an asset but not mandatory
