Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs and health goals
Assess clients’ conditions and discuss treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations
Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
Ensure a clean, secure, and inviting treatment environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Stay current with industry best practices,

Qualifications
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and foster client trust
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional setting
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude within a team workplace
Prior experience in therapeutic massage or related health services is preferred but not required
Must adhere to all safety standards, hygiene protocols, and ethical guidelines established by licensing authorities
