Conduct remote assessments and consultations for wound care
Design individualized care plans in collaboration with patients
Apply research evidence to enhance wound management practices




Function as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Provide guidance and training to nursing colleagues Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) degree with current CNO registration
NSWOC certification mandatory; IIWCC/WCS certification welcome
A robust background in wound management
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Possession of a valid driver’s license for patient visits Deliver excellent patient care with flexibility and purpose as part of CarePartners' dedicated team.
