You’ll lead client onboarding, manage relationships, and ensure customers become confident power users of our intelligent voice AI solutions.You will guide clients from onboarding through ongoing support, troubleshoot common issues, and act as a trusted advisor. This role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a service-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding calls to ensure clients are confident from day oneOwn post-launch client relationships, driving adoption and retentionMonitor and resolve support tickets with clear documentationTroubleshoot client-facing issues (field mapping, trigger logic, sync problems)Escalate complex technical issues to the Integrations teamBuild client-facing documentation, tutorials,
