Main duties: Check vehicle before customer arrival Greet the customer, have them sign the documents, proceed with the delivery and explain the vehicle in detail. Ensure customer satisfaction and discuss CSI survey. Discount the file with our manufacturer. Requirements:





Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service Perfectly bilingual, oral and written* Drivers licence (an asset) Honest, professional, structured, and courteous Excellent references and proven customer service skills* Ability and interest in working as part of a team Conditions:
