We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive team culture where learning and growth are encouraged. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Level 1 Dental Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. This position requires a compassionate individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays (if certified)
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients
- Maintain patient records and charting as directed
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software Tracker .
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care,



including working with pediatric patients and orthodontic cases.

Qualifications

- Completion of a Level 1 Dental Assistant program (Required)
- Valid CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- X-ray certification is a plus,
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting
- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems like Tracker is highly desirable.
- Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Language : Speaking Chinese language -mandarin/Cantonese - Mandatory
