As a Casual Custodian, you’ll ensure that schools remain clean and well-maintained, directly contributing to the students' learning experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in custodial work and a willingness to participate in community activities. You'll be responsible for interior cleaning, outdoor maintenance, and assisting in minor repairs, promoting a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean various areas like classrooms, washrooms, and hallways
• Collect and manage waste materials appropriately
• Ensure secure access to school facilities
• Assist with room arrangements for school events
• Keep grounds free from snow and hazards
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or relevant experience
• Minimum six months custodial experience
• Required Police Record Check with VSS
• Competent in the use of cleaning equipment
• Must be available at least three days a week
