We’re looking for a

Part-Time Retail & Production Assistant

to join our team. This is a diverse, hands‑on position working across both our shop floor and production area, alongside our

Production Lead and Retail Lead .

Skills & Requirements

Retail or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of natural health products, herbalism and aromatherapy is an asset, with an eagerness to learn more

Excellent customer care and communication skills

Comfortable with computers and POS systems

Reliable, punctual and motivated

Friendly, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable moving between retail, production and order fulfillment throughout the day

Some Saturday availability required

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping customers in-store and over the phone

Working on the shop floor and helping keep the store welcoming, organized and well stocked





Assisting our Production Lead with filling, labelling and packaging Aroma Borealis products

Processing and packing online and mail orders

Receiving, unpacking and restocking inventory

Helping keep our retail and production spaces clean and organized

Pitching in with other day-to-day shop and production tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone dependable, friendly and detail-oriented who enjoys a varied workday and is happy to jump in wherever needed. Knowledge of herbalism, natural health or aromatherapy is an asset, but we’re also happy to train someone who is genuinely interested and eager to learn.

Part‑time, $21–$23/hour, depending on experience Primarily weekday shifts with occasional Saturdays.
