Responsibilities
- Pull individual medical files from storage cartons and identify required data fields
- Enter extracted information into the database with high speed and accuracy
- Retrieve and transport document cartons (30–50 lbs) from pallets to the workstation up to 15–20 feet
- Lift and lower cartons to/from pallets with lift heights ranging between 13” and 45”
- Return completed document cartons to designated pallets (up to 5 boxes high)
- Maintain a consistent keystroke frequency and ensure 100% data accuracy through double-key verification
Qualifications
- Proven ability to maintain a minimum keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with high accuracy
- Physical capability to lift, lower, and carry cartons weighing 30–50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Must own safety-toe footwear meeting ASTM F standards with a "Better or Best" slip-resistant rating
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused during keying tasks
- Presentable and appropriate attire suitable for the workplace setting
