Sales Director – Sales & Training

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Director to supervise our sales team and take an active role in training and developing current employees.

This position is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys developing people, leading from the front, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Train and onboard new sales representatives
Teach our sales techniques, processes, and company standards
Provide individual and group coaching
Monitor the progress and performance of sales representatives
Identify areas for improvement and create development plans
Motivate the team and maintain a competitive, positive environment
Participate actively in sales activities
Lead by example in professionalism, attitude, and performance
Help current employees reach their targets quickly
Work closely with management to continuously improve sales and training methods
