Pay: CA$18.00-CA$18.50 per hour

We are currently seeking skilled, dependable Security Guards to join our team. This role requires individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team environment. Successful candidates will provide coverage across multiple client sites throughout the Niagara Region, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible security presence and uphold site safety standards
Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
Liaise with emergency services and authorities as required
Complete explicit, concise, and accurate incident reports
Deliver professional customer service to clients and the public

Required Qualifications:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License




Valid Standard First Aid/CPR certification
Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, sit, and patrol for extended periods
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability for versatile scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and long weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in a law-related field
Previous security experience
Additional industry certifications
Smart Serve certification (considered an asset)
