About the Role
Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services; including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment to patients.
Take X-rays, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs.
Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and provide supportive care for patients with various dental conditions.
Maintain detailed patient records using Dentrix,
documenting procedures and treatment plans clearly.
Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
Collaborate with dentists, and other team members, to support excellent patient outcomes.
About You
Registered Dental Hygienist, in good standing, with the College of Dental Hygienists of PEI (or eligible to obtain registration)
Dental Hygiene diploma or degree
Valid CPR certification
