Sales Coordinator – Sales Support & Customer Service

About The Role

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help keep day-to-day sales activities running smoothly. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, communicating with customers, and working in a collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities, orders, and customer requests
Prepare quotes, sales documents, reports, and presentations
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales information
Track orders, deliveries, and order status
Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other internal teams
Assist sales representatives with scheduling and administrative tasks
Follow up on customer requests and outstanding orders
Maintain organized records and sales documentation
Support customer service and general sales administration

Qualifications
Previous sales coordination,



customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
