Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a skilled and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide accurate information to callers or direct them to the appropriate person or department
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, and other office tasks
Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software
Hours
We are open from 7am - 8pm and shifts would include morning and afternoon shifts and an occasional Saturday morning
