Radiance Personal Care Services provides dedicated and qualified healthcare services in private homes, retirement residences, and rehabilitation settings. Our team of Personal Support Workers and Registered Nurses can provide personal, support, and nursing care; light housekeeping; community mobility and access support; and companionship. All of our Healthcare Professionals are carefully screened to ensure the highest standards of care to our clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.

We are looking to expand our team of healthcare professionals and would be happy to hear from you if you are an experienced Personal Support Worker living in Hamilton. Responsibilities and Duties

As a part of the team, your responsibilities as a Personal Support Worker would include:
Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and companionship to clients




Administering medications following prescribed guidelines
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe setting
Helping with mobility assistance including heavy lifting when required
Documenting care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical personnel

Qualifications
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate/ Diploma
Police Check;
First Aid/CPR Certificate;

Additional Requirements
Possess excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work with and maintain complete and proper documentation meticulously;
Ability to work well both individually and with others on a multidisciplinary medical team;
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Driver's license is an asset!

Job Type: Contract Pay: From $22.00 per hour
