We are seeking a motivated and organized Mortgage Broker Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients navigate the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist mortgage brokers with client communications, appointments, and follow-ups
Prepare and organize mortgage applications and supporting documentation
Conduct preliminary client research and verify required documents
Maintain client records and databases with accuracy
Support marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Job Type: Full time Pay: $16.00-$16.75 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint John, NB E2K 2X5
