The Clinical

Supervisor will ensure that PSWs and HSWs provide exemplary care in compliance with regulations. You will play a key role in team leadership, problem-solving, and enhancing patient care through comprehensive assessment and evaluation protocols. Supervise personal support workers to maintain compliance
Address and resolve patient and staff concerns
Lead one-on-one discussions and team huddles
Conduct patient safety investigations and ensure follow-ups
Collaborate on clinical documentation and reporting needs Requirements:
Current RN or RPN registration with no restrictions
At least 5 years of relevant nursing experience
Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
