Daily Responsibilities The Money Market Settlements & Confirmations Officer will be responsible for the trade processing, exception management, discrepancy resolution and customer service related to Money Market trades.

A typical day involves
Interpreting and resolving client and trader emails.
Checking reports.
Investigating breaks.
Following up on outstanding items.
Accurate trade processing under time constraints.

What Does Success Look Like?

Success will be measured in the daily accurate processing of trade records, ensuring there are no fails daily and staying ahead of any upcoming settlements or issues that might arise.

Must-Have Skills/Experience and Qualifications
Experience in a banking back office in a settlements or similar role 2–3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar area of study.

4–5 years in banking operations in a settlements or similar role.

Work Setting
Work arrangement is currently 2 days in office and 3 at home/week.




With possibility of moving to 4 days in office in the future, dependent on timelines.
Candidate will be working 2 different shifts bi-weekly: 9:00–5:30 and 10:30–7:00 EST.
Candidate will be provided required equipment.

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
