DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (DOHR) AND FOUNDING PARTNER DESCRIPTION

Initial compensation is comprised of a 5% founding equity stake via Class B shares. The executive salary range listed contractually activates and retroactively kicks in immediately upon the initial commercial financing and milestone grant release.

Our Lord's Kingdom INC. is a dual-incorporated federal entity transitioning into a high-volume Modern Method of Construction (MMC) footprint. We have engineered proprietary light-gauge steel structural panel systems paired with non-combustible Magnesium Oxide (MgO) composite cores to aggressively undercut legacy developers and permanently rewrite housing security models across Canada.

Our Year 1 staffing structure requires the onboarding, tracking, and continuous safety-auditing of nearly 100 individuals, organized into a 35-man master fabrication unit and a 50-man civil field installation force across multiple crews and target cities. We are completely bypassing standard corporate HR applicants who operate via passive administrative checklists. We require a hard-hitting organizational architect—a leader who will design our human infrastructure from scratch and legally insulate the company's workforce pipelines.

CORE OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Workforce Pipeline Engineering: Architect and execute localized industrial recruitment engines, partnering with provincial employment portals and technical centers to funnel high-caliber trainees into our production line.

Provincial Grant Compliance: Commandeer, write, and manage absolute compliance and reporting portfolios for our continuous Ontario Skills Development Fund (SDF) training streams, maximizing non-repayable workforce development capital.

Legal Insulation and Frameworks: Draft, establish, and enforce ironclad corporate codes of conduct, workplace safety integration rules (WSIB), collective bargaining boundaries,



and employment contract parameters.

Internal Accountability Auditing: Implement strict productivity tracking logs and performance milestones to ensure field and fabrication crews operate at maximum peak efficiency.

COMPENSATION, EQUITY, AND PROTECTIVE BYLAWS

Initial Compensation: 5% Founding Equity Allocation issued exclusively via Class B Common Non-Voting Shares.

Bylaw Firewall Protection: Equity is subject to a 36-month vesting framework pinned directly to successful workforce retention and SDF grant milestone clearings. Class B shares hold zero voting rights, guaranteeing the founding CEO retains absolute veto control over all organizational directives.

Cash Backstop Activation: Full corporate executive salary and retention bonus structures activate automatically and contractually upon the execution of the initial commercial loan line or provincial grant release.

CANDIDATE ENTRY PROFILE

Proven history directing high-volume industrial recruitment, manufacturing HR departments, or multi-crew construction workforce deployments within Ontario.

Deep, operational knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA), WSIB frameworks, and the administration of provincial workforce training grants (SDF).

Elite organizational capability with the mental grit required to manage, structure, and scale a 100-person industrial force from a completely blank canvas.
