Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a quick-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.




- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service times.

Qualifications

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
