Duties

- Prepare and bake a wide range of donuts using established recipes and techniques
- Decorate donuts with icing, glazes, sprinkles, and other toppings through cake decorating skills
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
- Package finished products carefully for sale or delivery, maintaining presentation quality
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking stations
- Support food preparation tasks such as mixing doughs, fillings, and toppings as needed




- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations

Experience

- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting preferred but not required—training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Skills in cake decorating and food presentation to enhance donut appeal
- Hands-on experience with baking, cooking, and food preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with packaging processes to ensure product freshness and quality
