Responsibilities

- Manage daily dry cleaning and laundry operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Supervise staff, providing training, support, and motivation to maintain productivity and excellent customer interactions
- Oversee the proper handling of garments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to promote a safe working environment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor workflow efficiency, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement process improvements




- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies related to laundry and cleaning procedures
- Manage AR/AP, along with sales and new account procurement

Requirements

- Proven familiarity in laundry or cleaning operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of laundry processes, dry cleaning techniques, and cleaning best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations and quality control
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers professionally
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
