Empower operations at the National Diabetes Trust as an Operations Supervisor/Driver on Vancouver Island. This full time hybrid position requires leadership and hands-on driving to manage collections effectively. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leading a team of drivers to ensure productive collection and delivery of donated goods.

Inspire and manage drivers for successful service delivery

Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips

Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience
Two-plus years in a relevant supervisory capacity
Clean driving record with valid Class 5 license
Ability to safely lift and transport up to 50 pounds
