Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution center activities. In this role, you will oversee team performance, ensure effective supply chain operations, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. Duties
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work workplace
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, forklift operation standards, heavy lifting procedures, and other regulatory requirements
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency
Oversee packaging processes and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS
Knowledge of supply chain processes including order fulfillment, inventory control, purchasing, and e-commerce logistics
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate forklifts with certification preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within tight deadlines
Data analysis skills for process improvement initiatives; familiarity with analysis tools is a plus
Strong team management capabilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering collaboration
Knowledge of safety standards related to manufacturing or warehouse environments

Pay: $86,234.53-$98,102.33 per year
