Baking, part of CH Guenther and Son, you'll work as a Production Technician responsible for ensuring that our English muffin products meet strict quality requirements. You will undertake various tasks that include rotating through different technician roles while maintaining productivity and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Operate under HACCP and WCB safety guidelines
Perform quality control checks before product packaging
Explicit jam-ups and assist in the packaging process
Keep work areas clean and organized
Communicate production challenges to the Supervisor Requirements:
Familiarity with food safety regulations preferred
Robust problem-solving skills during production
Able to lift up to 20 kg consistently
