We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Paint Shop department. This position offers an prospect to work in a rapid paced environment, contributing to the production and finishing of high-quality products. Candidates with mechanical knowledge, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with processes are encouraged to apply. The role involves performing assembly tasks, and maintaining safety standards throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools to prepare surfaces
Assist with surface preparation and finishing processes according to specifications.
Perform routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and mechanical operations to meet production deadlines efficiently.




Maintain a clean and protected work environment by following safety procedures and properly handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is highly desirable.
Ability to operate safely and follow safety protocols diligently.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Prior experience in a paint shop or related manufacturing setting is beneficial but not required.

Work Location: In person Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
