PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE

We are currently hiring for a part time sales associate. As a member of our retail team at Hardpressed you will:
Provide exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet customer’s individual needs.
Efficiently complete customer purchases, returns, and exchanges through the point-of-sale system, creating a seamless customer experience.
Educate our customers on our wide range of offerings and our quality brands
Work with a team of creative, driven, and fun individuals

Key Skillsets:
Customer Service Excellence: Motivated by building genuine relationships with customers and providing high-quality assistance.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining high levels of accuracy in inventory tagging, quality checks, and order fulfillment.
Adaptability: Ability to stay versatile and switch between retail sales, online fulfillment, and inventory tasks as priorities shift.
Interpersonal Communication: Skilled at working collaboratively with a diverse team and fostering an inclusive environment.





Physical & Workspace Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50lbs (e.g., boxes of stock, supplies).
Must be able to frequently walk, stand, bend, and reach during daily inventory checks and retail floor maintenance.
This position is required to be completed on-site as a customer-facing role.

Shift availability & typical shift times:
Availability for Saturday shifts (9:45 AM-5:15 PM) and weekday shifts (9:45 AM-5:45 PM) is an asset.
