About the Role

Responsibilities
Prescription verification and dispensing
Medication counselling and clinical services
Team leadership and staff support
Managing pharmacy workflow and daily operations
Ensuring compliance with Alberta pharmacy standards
Maintaining high standards of patient safety and care

Requirements
Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta
Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Patient-focused approach
Ability to lead and motivate a pharmacy team

Schedule The pharmacy operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Shifts will be either opening or evening shifts, and the position includes rotating weekend coverage.
