HD Development Group is looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented New Homes Sales and Design Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with new home buyers, helping guide them through the selection process as they build their new home. You will also assist with sales office operations and welcome prospective buyers who are interested in our homes and communities.

Responsibilities
Meet with new home clients to review interior selections and assist them throughout the process of building their current home
Guide clients through available finishes, features, and design selections
Prepare and organize documents related to recent home sales and selections
Greet and assist incoming guests at the sales office
Showcase available homes, floor plans, and communities to prospective buyers
Provide a friendly and professional experience for clients from their initial visit through the selection process




Assist with general sales office duties as needed

Comfortable working directly with clients
Interest in new home construction, interiors, or design
Ability to multitask and manage client information and paperwork
Previous experience in sales, customer service, new home construction, or interior design is an asset
