You will regularly assess operational requirements and staffing trends, making necessary adjustments based on surgical volumes and planning. Adhering to ONA and SEIU Collective Agreements is crucial in maintaining accurate and equitable schedules. Key Responsibilities:
Develop nursing schedules in collaboration with OR leadership
Adjust schedules based on surgical activities and workload
Assess staffing requirements with historical data analysis
Ensure compliance with scheduling guidelines and agreements
Communicate schedule changes effectively to staff Requirements:
One year completion of a Community College program
