Cornwall Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full time role in Williamstown, Ontario. Your focus will be on client-centered treatment in a supportive healthcare workplace. In this position, you will perform evaluations and craft individualized plans to improve clients' independence across various care settings.

Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare specialists, you will ensure comprehensive care delivery. Educating clients and their families on therapy techniques and maintaining precise documentation will be pivotal aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver functional assessments for inpatient and outpatient clients
Create and execute tailored treatment plans for individuals
Offer education on adaptive strategies and equipment




Work with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
Supervise students and contribute to quality improvements Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Understanding of evidence-based rehabilitation practices
