Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part time Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth flow of kitchen operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a lively dining experience.

Duties
Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook dishes to order, ensuring quality and consistency in every plate served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols




Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ensure all food service equipment is used correctly and maintained properly

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred, especially in rapid-paced environments
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and practices
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
