Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Platform Engineer for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
Support platform engineering and software delivery modernization initiatives.
Design and implement CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices.
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled engineering tools and workflows that improve developer productivity.
Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and platform teams to improve software delivery processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows through automation and standardized practices.
Contribute technical expertise and hands-on execution for priority modernization initiatives.

Requirements:
Must-have hard skills:
DevOps
Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, release automation, and software delivery modernization.
Experience implementing modern engineering practices in large enterprise environments.
AI
Experience evaluating and adopting AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools.
Understanding of practical AI use cases across the software development lifecycle.
GitHub




Robust experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, source control management, and developer workflows.
Experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and engineering enablement is an asset.
