We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technologist to support engineering and production operations. This role involves CAD modeling, CAM programming, machine setup, and collaboration with production teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
Prepare engineering models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor
Generate CNC programs using Mastercam
Design and develop tools, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing processes
Model and test prototype samples
Setup and operate Haas 3‑Axis CNC Machines
Create customer artwork using CorelDRAW
Develop and document manufacturing processes for new products
Inspect machined components and standard products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
Perform first-article and in-process inspections during production
Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and production processes

Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent CAD software
Basic knowledge of Mastercam
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
Entry-level position
Quality or inspection background considered an asset
1+ year experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
1+ year experience with Autodesk Inventor or equivalent CAD software
