As the Estimating Coordinator, you'll provide critical administrative and analytical assistance to the Estimating team. Key tasks include maintaining NewStar's accuracy, supporting purchase order processes, and reviewing supplier pricing. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain product and pricing records in NewStar Enterprise
• Assist in base-house and upgrade purchase orders
• Conduct RFP pricing and material take-offs




• Support lot-specific construction information coordination
• Provide administrative support for contracts and documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education relevant to the field preferred
• 1-2 years of estimating or construction experience
• Robust attention to detail and numeric competency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Eagerness to learn and grow in complexity of tasks
