Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and execute effective repairs promptly
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to disassemble, repair, or replace components
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used
Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and ensure minimal downtime
Follow safety protocols rigorously to create a safe working environment for yourself and others
Assist with inventory management of tools, parts,



and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks

Qualifications
Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems effectively (specifically atv's, side by side's, snowmobiles, boats, motorcycles, & small engines)
Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., for repair work
Proficiency with power tools required for various maintenance tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced setting
Positive communication skills to document work performed clearly and accurately
Prior experience in machinery or equipment maintenance is preferred but not mandatory
