Responsibilities
Perform high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Conduct body waxing treatments safely and hygienically, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and building lasting relationships
Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations after each appointment to ensure a safe environment
Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable products such as nail polishes, skincare items,
or waxing accessories to enhance client results
Upsell additional services or upgrades to maximize client experience and salon revenue
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product benefits to foster trust and loyalty
Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a solid portfolio of nail services and waxing treatments
Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction
Prior experience in retail sales within a beauty setting is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
