Your contributions will directly support the Sales Division and ensure effective problem monitoring for Insurance Advisors. Key Responsibilities:
Handle renewals and endorsements through the Broker Management System
Keep client files updated and compliant with guidelines
Submit queries and organize market responses for recent business
Notify Advisors about account issues effectively
Offer support to the team when Advisors are unavailable Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably Commercial
Experience with Epic or comparable insurance software
Strong skills in Microsoft Office products
Must hold a valid Manitoba Driver’s License
