As part of a seasoned team, you will oversee various functions from inception to launch of engineering projects.

Your role will involve guiding continuous improvement initiatives across welding, CNC, and stamping processes, ensuring that manufacturing operations are productive and effective. Through interaction with multiple departments, you will drive solutions and manage quality assurance enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering changes and project management activities
Lead efficiency studies through motion analysis
Prepare engineering documentation and project reports
Develop layouts and enhance material handling logistics
Facilitate PLC programming for automated systems Requirements:
Engineering qualification in relevant fields
5 years minimum in automotive manufacturing
Experience with CAD tools necessary
Knowledge of processes like hydroforming and stamping
