Pharmacy team is looking for a Pharmacist I dedicated to providing quality pharmaceutical services in Alberta. In this full time position, you’ll work closely with other healthcare specialists to manage medication therapy for various patient groups.

Your role will also involve the preparation, distribution, and compounding of medications, ensuring safety and efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare medications accurately and efficiently
Manage and monitor patient medication therapies
Collaborate on resolving drug-related problems
Supervise compounding and distribution tasks
Engage with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy completed
Registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
Relevant experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
Computerized medication system experience needed
Ability to obtain Additional Prescribing Authorization Utilize your skills and expertise to improve patient health outcomes at Hanna Health Centre.
