Take charge of GreenShield’s client onboarding as the Onboarding Project Management Office Lead. Drive transformational change and ensure successful project delivery in health and insurance. As the Onboarding Project Management Office Lead, you’ll be a pivotal figure at GreenShield, overseeing client onboarding across multiple lines of business.

Your role includes guiding project managers, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, and fostering a high-performance team spirit. Focus on enhancing client satisfaction while maintaining operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor project managers in client onboarding processes
Ensure effective governance and standardization across projects
Develop strategic change management plans
Promote an Agile framework for project delivery
Provide insights on KPIs for continuous improvement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience
PMP certification along with 5+ years in leadership
Experience in group advantages and insurance
Bilingual with understanding of Quebec market dynamics
Proficient analytical and interpersonal skills Lead critical onboarding initiatives to realize GreenShield’s vision of Better Health for All.
