Qualifications
Skilled communication with external and internal customers
Excellent data entry and listening skills




Able to spatially recognize patterns and envision how freight loads in a trailer
Effective, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
Knowledge of service area and geography
Experience with AS400 and Excel is an asset
Knowledge of operations in relation to freight movement is an asset
Fluent in French and English (written and verbal communication)
