Responsibilities
Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare different types of meat according to specifications and safety standards
Ensure all meat products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, tools, and equipment throughout your shift
Assist customers by providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering questions about meat cuts and preparation methods
Follow all food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure product freshness
Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels, restock displays,



and organize storage areas efficiently
Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry, especially in butchery or meat cutting, is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, meat cuts, and food safety protocols
Ability to handle knives and cutting tools safely and accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Familiarity with packaging processes for retail or wholesale meat products
Kitchen experience or related food handling background is a plus
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and attention to detail at all times
