The Mustard Seed is seeking a Reintegration Advocate to support recently incarcerated adults transitioning from provincial remand centres back into the Calgary community. You will collaborate with social workers and peers to address housing, income and health barriers while navigating external resources through a community-based pathways program.
Reporting to the Program Supervisor, this full time fixed-term role runs Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
