Join Dialogue as an EAP Mental Health Intake Agent on a temporary contract and help improve wellbeing through exceptional member service.

Your role will focus on creating a welcoming intake experience. As the first point of contact for members in our virtual care setting, you will support their needs through effective communication and scheduling. Reporting to the Manager of Member Services, you will drive a compassionate approach in all interactions. Your contributions will enhance the overall effectiveness of our services. Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first line of support for incoming member calls
- Help members with account setup and mental health intake
- Coordinate appointments to ensure continuous care
- Engage in case management through both phone and chat
- Provide insights for service improvement Requirements:
- Open to working 21-32 hours, including various shifts
- Experience in live customer or member service environments
- Mental health degree is a plus
- Genuine interest in mental health services
- Solid digital skills and organizational abilities Support member wellness and ensure effective intake processes as an EAP Mental Health Intake Agent at Dialogue.
