Esthetician – Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of esthetic services, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for beauty and skincare.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Must know threading
- Knowledge of waxing
- Knowledge of facials
- Knowledge of tinting
- Knowledge of lash lifts
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of brow lamination
- Perform services safely, professionally, and according to company standards
- Conduct client consultations and understand individual client needs
- Recommend appropriate services and skincare products based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area
- Follow all sanitation, health, safety, and company protocols
- Complete all required client consultation and consent forms before services




- Maintain accurate service records and follow proper service procedures
- Provide a welcoming and professional client experience
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and product usage
- Promote and recommend retail products when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Work effectively as part of a team and support daily spa operations
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Assist with cleaning, opening, closing, and general spa duties as required
- Participate in company training and ongoing education
- Previous esthetics experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
